Speekhout Farm offers seasonal specials which are specifically aimed to accommodate out of the ordinary people during the times of the year when tourism is quiet, thus outside of long weekends, school holidays and public holidays
If
you are a hasty traveller, an end destination roadtripper, or a man on a 4x4
mission, these specials are probably not your cup of tea. On our heart are people
who belong to the following tribes:

Green hearts: we offer an exchange for people who are willing to transport trees
& plants to the farm for a 25% discount on accommodation fees for minimum
of 2 people for 2 nights. We provide a list of flora that is suitable to our
climate which people can choose from.
Accommodation
and annual rates applicable for the Tree House, Klein Karoo Cottage, and Klipspringer
Cabin which are all self-catering. It also applies to the Kudu Bush Camp which
is not self-catering

Volunteers: those who are looking for an opportunity to engage more purposefully
with nature and or animals, willing to volunteer for any work required by the
vast scope of farm activities. Abled bodies and hands, energetic and positive
worldview will ensure a fantastic outing. Minimum of 2 people for minimum of
7 to 14 nights @R200 per person per day. We keep Sabbath so 6 days work for
every 7-day stay, 5 hours work per day

Cottage which are both self-catering

Creative workshops: the amazing privilege to create something with your
own hands and heart, taking time to engage and focus otherworldly. Suitable for
2 people or a group of 6 to 8 people as a collaboration. Minimum of 2 people
for a minimum of 5 days. R400 per person per day including tuition but excluding
materials.

RestPeaceQuiet: then there are those who need to stare at the
mountains and sit by the fire for a very long time by themselves. A long
stay of minimum 10 nights and maximum of 14 nights, @R350 per person per day, minimum
2 people and maximum 4 people
